If there is anything that drives the ever so dynamic and diverse group of people just as much as cricket, it is Bollywood. It resides in us, whether we be humming the tunes of catchy songs or performing a dance number at a friends wedding. It allows our inner-self to liberate free from the strenuous commitments in life.

NB Dance group brought to you by a team of dedicated and passionate individuals led by Natasha Baweja, has set out to reach anyone with the slightest inclination to follow their passion for dance. After having a very successful run in New Zealand, Natasha launched NB Dance in Melbourne (Australia) in 2013.

Natasha Baweja has been a Choreographer, Dance Instructor and Performer for more than 10 years.  She has had experience with Bollywood movies, music videos and stage shows.

Natasha says, “I need dance more than it needs me and I cannot imagine life without dance”.  Whilst her cousin "Harman Baweja" (Whats your Rashi, Victory, Love Story 2050, Dishkiyaaon) took the acting route to stardome, she took the spotlight with her dance.

NB Dance has performed for and have taught workshops to Commonwealth bank, SBS Australia, City of Melbourne, Deakin University, Cricket Victoria and Village Cinemas.

In Feb 2015, Natasha and her crew also had the opportnity to teach a routine to the presenters of Channel 10s Logie-winning lifestyle program, “The Living Room”, in front of a television audience of 2.4 million people! The team further expanded their reach by performing all over Australia; even reaching as far as Darwin, when they were the headline act for the National Youth Festival in 2015.

Since Natasha founded NB Dance in Australia, they have opened up international concerts and performed with Bollywood celebrities such as Sharukh Khan, Mika Singh, Salman Khan, Badshah, Sonakshi Sinha, Prabhudeva, Bipasha Basu, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Sunidhi Chauhan, Udit Narayan, Neha Kakkar & Adnan Sami and literally thousands of people have cemented NB Dance as the premier Bollywood dance group; a fact which no doubt led to Natasha being chosen as part of the judging panel for the international “Indi King Evolution” competition (held in New Zealand in August 2015), alongside the renowned MJ5 team.

Natasha is also the choreographer and the lead dancer in a song “chora citia bajave” featured in the movie “Highway to Suva” directed by Vimal Reddy with screening in Australia and Fiji.  This movie also features a song sung by a well-known Bollywood playback singer Javed Ali (Jashn-E-Ishqa – Gunday, Galat Baat Hai – Main Tera Hero) and Natasha says,“I was privileged to have the opportunity of choreographing his song”.

The title of this group has more to it than the resemblance to the initials of its creator. NB – Note Bene, Latin for “take notice” describes the notions that drives the group. It is set out to let you believe in the bold and elegant version of yourself!
